  • Tee Trees Update - 30 November 2011 28 Nov 11 On Friday 18th of March 2011, receivers Andrew Fielding and David Whyte, of BDO Business Recovery and Insolvency, took control of land holding company for the Tee Trees Golf Course - Brockgold Pty Ltd. The receivers have been quoted in local press as saying that they intend to list the site for sale. As Brockgold Pty Ltd is no longer in control of this asset it is not able to further progress the development of the Tee Trees Golf Course.

  • Tee Trees Update - 28 February 2011 1 Mar 11 “During the quarter ending February Ingles have undertaken works to reduce dust on the site and improve the visual amenity through top soiling and grassing. Regular inspection and maintenance of grass is ongoing. Golf Course construction remains on hold during this continued period of difficult financing conditions.”
  • Tee Trees Update December 2010 1 Dec 10 In our September update we advised that financing conditions in South East Queensland were still extremely challenging, specifically financing for development projets such as golf courses. Unfortunately this situation has not yet abated with project financing in South East Queensland still extremely tight. For this reason the development of the Golf Course continues to be on hold until further improvement in these conditions occurs. During the last 3 months Ingles continues to undertake maintenance activities on the site. There has been a general clean up of the site with top soiling taking place. In addition there has been slashing, mowing and repairs carried out to fences and damaged gates.
  • Tee Trees Update September 2010 1 Sep 10 In our June update we advised that financing conditions in South East Queensland were still extremely challenging, specifically financing for development projects such as golf courses. Unfortunately this situation has not yet abated with project financing in South East Queensland still extremely tight. For this reason the development of the Golf Course continues to be on hold until a further improvement in these conditions occurs.
