• Tee Trees Update June 2010 1 Jun 10 “In line with the broader operating environment, financing conditions in South East Queensland are still extremely challenging. Specifically, financing for development projects such as golf courses is particularly difficult to obtain. For this reason the development of the Golf Course has been put on hold until a further improvement in these conditions. During this time Ingles continues to undertake maintenance activities on the site. Waterways continue to be monitored for weeds, slashing of blocks adjoining the golf course is set down for June & July and cleaning of the front entry sign has been scheduled for July.”
• Tee Trees Update 1 March 2010 1 Mar 10 During the last quarter the site has had boundaries tidied at holes 16 and 17.
• Tee Trees Update 30 November 2009 1 Dec 09 Earthworks on the golf course are continuing with stockpiling of fill on Hole 15.  
• Construction Update September 2009 1 Sep 09 The Ingles Group has re-commenced work on the golf course. 
• Constuction Update June 2009 1 Jun 09 Unfortunately, the Ingles Group is not yet in a position to re-commence construction of the golf course.
• Construction Update March 2009 26 Feb 09 The Ingles group had intended to proceed with construction of the golf course in mid January 2009, following the Christmas and New Year break.
• Construction Update Dec 2008 25 Nov 08 Progress of construction over the spring period has been steady with the importation of fill.
